We evolve as challenges change. We strive to keep one thing constant and that is to provide quality assistance. That would not be easy as our past proves. We use the word "evolve" because that is exactly what is us, what is happening to us. We improve as each case is won, as each application is registered. Seventeen years of evolution, of re-examination of ourselves, of taking suggestions and criticisms from different directions has made us what we are today.
